Extremely challenging, requiring careful forethought, extensive teamwork, and execution excellence. Along the way we would create NDS (Now's modular design system), our Workspace product lines, and ServiceNow's Design Organization.

A fundamental step in our mobile strategy, Connect provides platform real-time collaboration capabilities, enabling an unstructured, media rich experience to structured platform workflows - amplifying productivity. Connect support takes the concept one step further and allows users to communicate outside the ServiceNow ecosystem for both B2B and B2C customers.

Developed in partnership with Fred Luddy, Visual Task Boards is a Kanban visualization of ServiceNow workflows. Unlike competing solutions, VTB allows work across platform experiences to occur seamlessly. Widely featured in publications from Wall Street Journal to The Register, over 95% of ServiceNow customers actively use VTB. Still one of the most powerful and intuitive experiences on the NOW platform.

A Dreamworks-Technicolor partnership, in which I helped bring the platform experience to fruition by partnering strongly with engineering and design teams.
